These terms and conditions govern your use of our dental services and website. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
3.1 New patients must complete our registration form and provide accurate personal and medical information before receiving treatment.
3.2 You must inform us of any changes to your personal details, medical history or medication.
3.3 Failure to provide accurate medical information may affect your treatment and could pose a risk to your health.
4.1 Appointments can be booked by telephone, in person or via our website.
4.2 We will make reasonable efforts to offer appointment times that suit your schedule.
4.3 Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling.
4.4 We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
5.1 We require at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations.
5.2 Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a fee of £25 for standard appointments or £50 for specialist/extended appointments.
5.3 Repeated missed appointments may result in removal from our patient list.

6.1 Before any treatment, we will explain the proposed treatment, alternatives, risks and costs.
6.2 Written consent will be obtained for significant procedures.
6.3 You have the right to refuse treatment at any time.
6.4 Treatment plans and estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
7.1 NHS treatment is provided in accordance with NHS regulations and guidelines.
7.2 NHS charges are set by the government and may change. Current charges are displayed in our waiting area and on our website.
7.3 Some treatments are not available on the NHS and may only be provided privately.
7.4 Exemption from NHS charges requires proof of eligibility.
8.1 Private treatment fees are available on request and will be confirmed before treatment begins.
8.2 A written treatment plan with costs will be provided for all significant private treatment.
8.3 Fees may be subject to change, but any changes will be communicated before treatment.
9.1 Payment is due at the time of treatment unless alternative arrangements have been agreed.
9.2 We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and bank transfers.
9.3 Interest-free payment plans may be available for treatments over £500, subject to approval.
9.4 Failure to pay may result in debt recovery action and additional costs.
10.1 We guarantee our work for 12 months from the date of completion, provided you attend regular check-ups.
10.2 This guarantee does not cover failure due to accident, misuse, or failure to follow aftercare instructions.
10.3 The guarantee is void if treatment is carried out by another dental practice.
11.1 We are committed to providing excellent service. If you have a complaint, please contact our Practice Manager.
11.2 Complaints should be made in writing within 12 months of the incident.
11.3 We will acknowledge complaints within 3 working days and provide a full response within 20 working days.

12.1 We maintain professional indemnity insurance in accordance with GDC requirements.
12.2 We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
12.3 Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
